Ownership

Broken isn’t bad maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained. Unless notified otherwise, your order will be sent off within 3-7 business days after it has been fully paid for. You will receive a confirmation mail once your order has been shipped. Please be aware that it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. You are welcome to contact me at hello@brokenisntbad.com if you have any questions.

Payment

The payment methods I accept are PayPal and a direct bank transfer or credit card payment (where you can choose to pay in USD, EUR, or HRK).

PayPal is a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the internet. No fees/charges apply to these payments.

When making a payment you are temporarily transferred from my site to the secure PayPal website. No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal information other than your name, email address, and shipping address is received by me. For further information, please visit www.paypal.com.

When you choose a Direct bank transfer / Credit card option, I will provide you with a payment link within the next 12 hours after your order has been placed. You will be transferred to a Revolut page where you will need to enter your name and a credit card number. Please note that your order cannot be shipped until the funds are cleared in my account.

No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal information other than your name is received by me. For further information, please visit www.revolut.com.

Packing

Prints, booklets, greeting cards, stickers, and magnets are put in protective paper envelopes/bags and shipped in secure bubble envelopes with heavyweight cardboard protecting them from wrinkling. If you purchase more than one product, they will be shipped together in one package, unless it’s stated otherwise on a product’s page.

I do my very best to source materials and packaging which have a minimal impact on the environment. All packaging including bubble and paper envelopes are eco-friendly and FSC® certified, thus are easily recycled and safe for individuals and the environment.

Shipping

Broken isn’t bad ships worldwide and the shipping is based on the number of items purchased (its weight), and if you are ordering from Europe or internationally. All packages are shipped via Croatian post and are sent internationally either as a Standard mail or as a Priority mail with a tracking number*, depending on your choice during the order placement. Your shipping charges are finalized at the checkout and only priority orders can be tracked throughout the shipping process. The tracking number and corresponding link will be attached in the confirmation mail that you receive once your order has been sent off. Your order will be sent within a period of 3-7 days after it has been placed unless notified otherwise.

If the item is not available in stock, if you have ordered pre-order items, or delays are caused by the payment process, delivery times may be longer. Please note that your order will be sent when all items are available.

If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the next working day, so you can allow additional days to receive your confirmation email.

If your order is urgent, for any reason, please send an email to hello@brokenisntbad.com and I will prioritise your delivery if needed. Please note that shipping time will vary depending on your location.

*Please note that I am unable to provide tracking information for orders shipped to Australia and Canada due to some problems in the Croatian tracking system. Apologies for that inconvenience.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within Croatia and Europe: 7-14 business days.
Priority delivery within Croatia and Europe (with a tracking number): 3-7 business days
Standard international delivery: 14-28 business days.
Priority international delivery (with a tracking number*): 7-21 business days.

I am not responsible for any unexpected delivery delays arising from traffic congestions and special events and holidays, from Customs inspections or other measures in the country of destination, or from your unavailability to receive the package.

I always do my best to ensure that your order will arrive on time, however, delivery dates are for reference only and are not guaranteed as it also depends on third party carriers services which I am unable to control. In general, the majority of orders will arrive between the estimated arrival dates.

Shipping address

Please ensure that the address you provide, as well as your e-mail address, is correct and properly formatted. Incorrect addresses can result in delays in getting your orders to you, and incorrect e-mails can result in not receiving confirmation about your delivery. If your reward gets sent back due to an address error, you will be charged for shipping for the next shipment. If you encounter any changes in the address before your order has shipped, please contact me asap.

Duties & Taxes

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Please note that I do not cover any additional charges which may be added to deliveries outside of Croatia. Unfortunately, I have no control over those charges and cannot inform you of what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns & Refunds

I want all my customers to receive high-quality products. Since Broken isn’t bad is a small one-person business, I am currently not able to offer refunds unless there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong item or if a product is missing). In this case, please get in touch with me within a reasonable time frame with as many details as possible, including your order number as well as a picture if there is a problem with your item.

I cannot offer refunds if the delivery time of your order has been extended up to 2.5 months after your order was shipped since it can take even 2 months for international orders to reach some countries (Brazil or Mexico, for example). In that case, I ask you to have patience and understanding. If you still don’t receive your order after 2.5 months, please get in touch with me with your order number and I’ll do my best to make it up to you – either by issuing the refund or re-sending your order.
